Description
After the owner commits suicide, Cordelia Gray takes over the running of the London detective agency. Her first case is investigating the suicide of the son of a scientist. For her second case, Cordelia goes undercover to investigate the adulterous wife of a wealthy hotel owner. In Series 2, Cordelia becomes unexpectedly pregnant as she struggles to make her down-at-heel detective agency succeed, while matching wits with a couple of murderous thugs and identifies a killer who has a connection to Scotland Yard.
