Description
In Santiago, best friends Oliver, Moises and Hemingway prepare for a carefree summer road trip, before college, mapping a route from Montecristi in the north to an eventual destination of Pedernales in the south. Their car breaks down frequently, leaving the young men stranded with every character under the Dominican sun. Riffs on pop culture, national identity and politics offer an emblematic snapshot of the joys and insecurities of contemporary Dominican youth.
